Miden launches a private self-custody wallet while Aztec waits on a proving-system fix it found in July

Miden says its "PriFi stack" makes privacy the default for on-chain finance, while Aztec's V5 network still runs with an acknowledged flaw that lets an invalid proof pass verification.

Miden, a zero-knowledge (ZK) rollup project, announced what it calls the PriFi stack, short for private digital finance. Its first consumer product is Bread, a self-custodial wallet. Miden says Bread puts "seven years of privacy engineering…
